tradition

From 1986 to 1998, P.B. Tran worked for a Vietnamese restaurant chain with locations throughout the U.S.
He helped with the company’s expansion, and gradually worked his way up from general manager to international consultant with the expansion to Southeast Asia. He left the company in 1998 to pursue his own venture. He wanted to open a restaurant that he and his wife could run together; something local so that he could reduce the amount of traveling that was required of his previous job.
In 1998, Pho Saigon Vietnamese Noodle House was premiered in Midtown Houston.

P.B. Tran is a family man, and is highly committed to maintaining honesty and integrity with all his cohorts, from business partners to strangers who walk up to him. He will always be honest and kind to you. With his generosity, he welcomed other family members and friends to invest in the Pho Saigon concept. What started out as a “mom and pop” shop, grew to 5 locations within the first five years.

Now, in its 25th year, it has 9 locations and is growing more rapidly than ever. We have an old fashioned way of doing business that is smart and honest, and we are dedicated to our employees and our customers.

We thank you for your interest and gladly welcome you to our family!
